Thank you for shopping with Lucid. We appreciate your business and strive to provide you with high-quality products. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following Return & Refund Policy.

All Sales Are Final Beyond 24 Hours Post-Purchase

At Lućid, we do not accept returns or modifications beyond 24 hours after purchase. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain the integrity of our products and ensure that every item delivered is brand new and in its original condition.

Within the initial 24-hour window, refund requests are subject to internal review and may be approved at our discretion. Please note that in the event a refund is issued, it will cover the purchase price of the product only. All fees associated with shipping or shipping protection are non-refundable, as these services are allocated immediately upon the commencement of the fulfillment process.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be received by the customer.

• The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team at support@trulucid.shop within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photographs.

Our support team will review your request and determine the appropriate course of action.

Returns

If a return is approved, the item must be shipped to the manufacturer’s designated return address. All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team prior to initiating any dispute or chargeback. Lucid is committed to resolving customer concerns in good faith and encourages direct communication to achieve the best possible resolution.

Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback WILL BE HELD CRIMINALLY LIABLE FOR THEFT. If you have not received a product or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together.
